Our way of working aims to be environmentally friendly: the farm itself is built to achieve an energy class of A1 : it is a wooden structure and uses, for example, a heat pump, solar panels, photovoltaic panels and an accumulation system .
Waste sorting is meticulous and we are careful to reduce waste .
All the packaging you will have in your room is recyclable: milk, jams and juices in glass containers, to reduce the disposal of packaging.
